consumption, as well as received HACCP, HALAL & ISO certifications, while overseeing FIFO method and actively
maintaining records of HACCP, ISO and HALAL documents

 Worked as “Quality Control Officer” at Kitchen Cuisine Flight Catering, Lahore, Pakistan (January 2016 – May 2018).
Developed PCS (Process Control Sheets), managed FIFO method, and provided HACCP & ISO trainings to staff.
