ENG 100-071 Final Exam Review

Aug. 17/2021

Final Exam:

The final examination will be a non-comprehensive look at all of the poems and graphic novel

that we have studied since the Mid-Term Exam. The final exam will have a similar structure as

the mid-term exam, however, instead of passage analysis, there will be an image analysis section

based on Patti LaBoucane-Benson’s The Outside Circle designed to test your knowledge of non-

traditional novels. More information and a substantial review will be provided closer to the end

of the semester regarding the exam and what to study for. This final exam will be posted on UR

Courses on August 19th and you will be given five days to finish the exam, finishing on August

23rd at 11:59pm. You will find the Final Exam document at the top of our UR Courses page on

Aug. 19th at 9am and the submission portal will open Aug. 21st for you to submit your exam.

Please do not include any outside sources in the exam and be sure to include a works cited list.

Please note that the requirement to pass the final exam in order to pass ENG 100 has once again

been waived due to COVID-19 complications. You do not have to pass this final exam in order

to pass ENG 100.
