About Meero

Meero started its journey with a passion to simplify the work of photographers, allowing them
to focus their energy and time on their creativity: creating beautiful images. We realized that a
photographer’s day is filled with tedious and time-consuming tasks and that’s why Meero
takes care of everything that interferes with the creative process: from prospecting,
scheduling, post-production, to delivery and invoicing.

Today, Meero collaborates with over 115K photographers across the world, providing them with
the opportunities to create beautiful images for more than 31K brands worldwide. Offering
them regular engagements, inspiring content and monthly meetups, Meero unites them
through the largest community of creators around the world. On an average, a 60-minute
photoshoot requires up to 4 hours of post-production but with Meero’s artificial intelligence,
this is possible in just a few seconds. This state-of-the-art technology lets brands book their
tailored-made photoshoots and videos all over the globe, delivered in less than 24 hours.

In less than four years, Meero has changed the way photography works acrsoss the world. The
company has more than 400 employees globally and with nearly $300 million USD
fundraised, Meero has been focusing on its original mission, “Focus on being creative, and let
us do the rest.”

Today, Meero is the global leader in image-processing AI and the world’s largest on-demand
photography platform
Meero India started its operations in early 2019 catering to photoshoots and creation of regular
videos as per the client’s requirements. The India operations is venturing into new verticals as
well as scaling up in volumes and capabilities for its core verticals of Food & Real Estate. Meero
India has emerged as “Center of Operational Excellence” for the entire Meero business
globally. With its focus on efficiency with scale, the team has been able to build some of the
most robust operational models for global business which has helped Meero scale at a much
faster pace. Today Meero India handles almost 70% of the Global shoots done by Meero across
the world, while also working on emerging verticals like E-commerce, weddings etc.

Overview:

E-commerce has transformed the way business is done in India. The Indian E-commerce
market is expected to grow to US$ 200 billion by 2026 from US$ 64 billion as of 2020. As of
September 2020, the number of internet connections in India significantly increased to 776.45
million, driven by the ‘Digital India’ programme.

In the last 2 years, Meero has signed contracts with all leading Food delivery companies and
Real Estate clients across India and APAC Region. With the imperative growth in E-commerce
business in the region spiked due to Covid-19, Meero sees an extensive opportunity ahead of it
where it can disrupt the entire content needs of E-commerce companies through its Tech
solution and scale across the world.

Meero has been aggressively ramping up its e-commerce offering at a global level. In India, we
work with all leading E-commerce players, right from Industry leaders to upcoming vertical
focussed E-commerce companies. E-commerce post covid is not only restricted to apparel or
accessories (“traditional verticals”) but it has reached to all types of product categories. Since
the “traditional verticals” are bound to saturate over a period of time, we are looking to enter
alternate verticals mainly focused on perishable goods, like grocery , food items etc. In this
vertical, we aim to eradicate the usage of small time agencies by companies in order to take
over the market by our scale of operations and technology. Meero has the capacity and
capability to cater to all of this in order to provide the scalability that every company is looking
for but this comes at a premium price range which most players in the market do not value.
Derivation of the deliverables must include understanding the B2B2C market in detail (like
food, grocery and any other possible vertical) across India & APAC. Structuring a plan of
operations to lay a framework for entering into the B2B2C Vertical is imperative in order to
initialise this concept. This concept focuses on providing photography services through an
aggregate entity and to brand and market the same to the customer centric market with the
motive of revenue generation.

Enumerate a Service blueprint by employing growth hacks to accomplish the functionality of

generating high quality leads in the Ecommerce business vertical. Process mapping the entire
sales flow from the first touch point to building a complete operational model to handle such
clients, and their requests to accomplish revenue objectives.
