EDUCATION PROGRAM ENROLMENT IN LIGHT OF THE
COVID-l9 PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY

DATE: August 10, 2021

1. With regard to Department of Education (DepEd) Order No. 29 s. 2021 dated

August 05, 2021 or School Calendar and Activities for School Year 2021-
2022 and the Official Statement release by the Department on Juy 16,202,
this office announces the Interim Committee Heads and Members on the
conduct of School Enrolment on August 13, 2021 until September 30, 2021.

2. Subsequently, MR. Jimwel Gutierrez, LCP Coordinator is instructed to

monitor the enrolment period relative to the implementation of the enhanced
Learning Continuity Plan.

3. The enrolment procedure shall have three modes:

4. Interim Technical Working Group for Enrolment Dissemination Drive

Duties and Responsibilities:

a. distribute / create Leaflet/Pamphlet/Tarpaulin for enrolment procedures

b. create a-minute video presentation about an informative and persuasive
enrolment procedures.

6. Pursuantly, all non-designated members of the faculty shall be expected to

render assistance to any committees as needs arise or as designated by
over-all in-charge or by this office.

7. All teaching and non-teaching personnel shall adhere to the stringent safety
health protocols of the school while consummating this activity.

8. The expenses to be incurred shall be charge against the local

funds/MOOE in accordance with existing accounting and auditing rules
and regulations.

9. Immediate dissemination of this memorandum is desired.
