I. Activity Description
In this activity, you will combine the Opportunity seeking, screening, and seizing
technique and the Design Thinking Approach to come up with a solution-based or
need-based type of product/service through the different group activities that have
been discussed in our previous lesson.
A. Group Work
You will accomplish this task according to your assigned Business Plan group.
B. Procedure
1. Your group will have a Teams Conference during your Entrepreneurship
subject period to discuss the activities that you will conduct under the
opportunity seeking, screening, and seizing technique to generate an
entrepreneurial idea for your business plan.
2. Your group will provide a brief documentation on how the activity will be
conducted and what the actual outcome is using the template provided.
3. For the Opportunity seizing stage, your group will share and post on Canvas
Discussion Board your proposed idea using the format below:

Problem to be solved/Need to be met:
The virus that causes COVID-19 can land on surfaces. It’s possible for
people to become infected if they touch those surfaces and then touch
their nose, mouth, or eyes. In most situations, the risk of infection from
touching a surface is low. The most reliable way to prevent infection from
surfaces is to use hand sanitizer. Coronavirus pandemic spiked the
demand for hand sanitizers. Even though they were in use before the
pandemic, but as a luxury. Now for many, they have become a necessity
and many of us won't step out without one in our pockets. These 2-in-1
pens make the perfect during this pandemic season because it provides
with a means of cleaning the hands and a writing utensil at the same time.
However, sinks are not always available whenever you need them.

groups and must comment at least one or two questions as a group.
5. Your Group leader will have to collate all the questions posed by the other
groups and will use it to further improve your proposed product idea.
