Reflection:

Teacher should have the ability to communicate effecticely, and to cooperate with and
involve parents in the learning and development of their children. The teacher takes every
oppurtunity to improve on his or her own professional practice, in order to provide quality
learning. Teaching is an incredibly rewarding thing to do and good teachers are needed
everywhere.

As a future teacher, communicating with my students is a must so that I will know their
background and also their likes and dislikes. I should create purposeful opportunities to learn
about my students and find ways to let students know they are known. I also learned that teacher
who impacted their students the most also impacted their hearts. The most effective teachers also
have optimistic attitudes and I have that. I always look on the positive side of every situation and
I give praise and recognition. I’m not a biased person. I believed that the most effective teachers
set no limits on students and believe everyone can be successful.

Considering that we live in the kowledge society, we are bound as teachers to implement
strategies that motivates students to acquire their knowledge and develop skills and
competemcies to confront an evenr-changing, globalized world successfully. The more we
prepared to face the challenges, the more the students will receive the tools they need for the
development of skilld that they will apply throughout their lives.
