LIFE AFTER

GRADUATION
MANTUANO, Donita Marie B.
BSBA-FM2A
WHAT DO YOU SEE YOURSELF
3-5 years AFTER GRADUATION IN YOUR
DEGREE (PROGRAM) HERE IN UBLC?
True Calling.
The question “How do you see yourself years
after graduating?” is not new to us. If anyone was
scared about graduating, it was me. Like many of
my peers, I must have missed the lecture about
finding your true calling. But, my relatives keep on
reminding me that I have a job waiting for me. My
aunt kept on saying, “Just two more years, you will
be the one to replace my position in the BANK
when I retire. I recommended you to the office
already.”
Excitement and Pressure.
Do know what it feels like to get excited
on the offer and at the same time feel pressure
about your environment? It is not that easy.
Even though others might say, “You’re lucky,
you have a sure job that is waiting for you.”

Fortunate I don’t want to be

dependent about that
specific thing.
case

I just want to finish my studies without

pressure and without the feeling of much
assurance.
GOD’s WILL

If it is in God’s will and I really got the job that my aunt’s

offering me, I will be happier because I will not be
hanging after graduation. I will just only take the
necessary requirements to pass the job in the bank and
get an experience or best, enjoy the job and be promoted
to a much higher position.
Needless to say, I wasn’t exactly lost with nowhere to
go. I’m sure that I will not reach a dead-end but a
cross-road and I will be more careful in choosing the
right exit. Reaching 22 years old, I know I have a lot of
options more than I realize. And what’s important is to
become a famously strong-willed and decisive
human-being to know where life would take me.

I will be professional in the NEAR FUTURE. I’ll claim it!
