Executive Summary
The mission of Betsubara is to distribute empanada and Japanese cake throughout the city of
Butuan. We aim to serve the best Japanese cake and empanada in the market as much as possible
and have a good customer service. The purpose of this feasibility report is to address the problem
of the availability of food stalls in certain areas in the city or establishments such as offices,
schools, and etc. A lack of available solutions to the problem was identified and two alternative
solutions were subsequently designed. In addition, the solutions were ranked accordingly.
Provide an order system through social media apps and deliver the food right at their door step,
was the first recommendation. Wander around every establishment to market our product was the
second recommendation.

Introduction
In every business one has to understand the effects of the many economic variables that are
likely to affect the business operations of the business. The wages of the people living here in
Butuan is also one of the economic forces that would affect the sales in the business, also the
price of the product will affect the demand. Zean Zerrudo, Carl Buron, Ronnie Cabesares, Klynt
Basadre, Levi Aniversario, and The Yonson came up with a business idea to resell Japanese cake
and empanada. We conducted this investigation because we want to obtain the necessary
information to start our proposed business and to know if it is profitable or not.

Background
We have observed that most establishments in Butuan City is still operating despite the pandemic
and because of the busy schedule there are a lot of people who skips meal in order to finish their
task so we thought of providing bite size snacks such as Japanese cake and empanada to ease
their needs. We aim to distribute quality products at an affordable price.

Purpose
The purpose behind this investigation is to address the issues:
 To spot new opportunities and to grasp if this business may be profitable or if this
business can work or not.
 The availability of food stalls throughout the city
 The idea of getting affordable snacks or food at the comfort of your workplace or home.

Research
The idea of conducting this feasibility study is for us to grasp what the issues, benefits, risks, and
the way we tend to may gain profit through this business. Through this study, we were able to
come up with an answer to our downside and was able to bring home the bacon the goal of this
study.
At Betsubara, we aim to be the best at our craft in Butuan, we aim to serve the best food possible
and have a good customer service.
The specific long-term objectives of the business are:
Product - We aim to serve the best quality food at all times to everyone.
Service - We will strive to treat our customers respectfully as our guests; we intend to offer our
guests service that is prompt, efficient, friendly and relaxed.
