PART 1 - SUNGLASSES

1. Do people in your country wear sunglasses?

Yes, Vietnamese, especially women regard sunglasses as something they can't go out
without. Because Vietnam is a tropical country with severe summer and it's sunny
almost throughout the year, people find it necessary to protect their body from
ultraviolet rays, and for their eyes, they use sunglasses
2. Do you like to wear sunglasses?
I would say that I love to. Sunglasses are not only useful in protecting my eyes from
the sun but they are also fashionable accessories that make me look fancy
3. Do you often wear sunglasses?
I would say that I don't wear them very frequently. Because I rarely go out when it's
too sunny outside, and I'm stuck with these shortsighted glasses so it's quite
convenient to put two a pairs of glasses at a time. I only wear sunglasses when I hang
out or travel and for most of the time, I wear them to take photos
4. Where do you buy sunglasses?
I purchase my sunglasses at the optical store. There are a variety of choices their, and
I can try out several pairs before I finalize my decision.
PART 2 - EDUCATION

Describe a period of time from your studies that was

the most difficult for you so far.
Along my studying path, the most obsessive time for me so far was
my first semester as a high school senior.
Back then I had to study full time and my weekly schedule are
packed with ten subjects varied from social sciences to natural
sciences. The workload were huge and I was under a pressure to
achieve excellent results in the national entrance exam to
universities which took place at the end of that year. Although I
would take the tests for social sciences but I also have to make sure
that the overall scores at school are high. During that semester I
could not manage my time effectively and received a 3 in the
semester exam for Biology class. Such a distressed time that I only
want to quit everything.
The situation only got better when I decided to enrol in a private
university where the results for the entrance exam would not matter
so much any more and I regained balance. I learned from
experience and became more effective in time management. When I
was more relaxed and not focused too much on the grades anymore,
my performance was somehow improved in the next semester.
