congratulation
Congratulation is a greeting that
ekspresi yang
gives appreciation to people who
digunakan ketika ingin
have achieved success. mengucapkan
Expression of Congratulation is an keberhasilan yang
expression used to congratulate diraih orang lain,
someone who has succeeded in
achieving their goals.
Introduction
Most of english learners
overusing this word
(congratulations, using it in
anappropriate situations.
Note: in english, native speaker
don’t use
congratulations/selamat word in
the same way as we may use it
in bahasa Indonesia

Let’s look at some examples of how not

to use it and how to use it correctly
Gaby: hi, vanessa how are you?
Vanessa : hiI’m well, Gaby.
Vanesha how to say “I love you”in Italian. Tell
me how do you say it
Vanesha: “Ti amo”
Gaby: Congratulations your ilalian is so good.
Vanesha: No,
Gaby : What do you mean, no? Your Italian is great
Vanesha: but you can’t congratulate me for
speaking good Italia. That’s weird. We don’t say
it for skills.

Note: American native don’t use it

for skills that develop over time
such as learning language unless
you won an award or graduated
from program
Hana : by the way, I heard that you are subscribed
Skanetra Materi on You tube, Congratulations
Amel: What?
Hana: Congratulations
Amel: What do you mean congratulations

Note: American native use congratulations for big

miles lifetime achievements, while subscribing
