1. Employ driver and maid servants after registering them with the
2. Clean balconies with wet mopping.
3. Co-Operate with security guards and Ascent Facility services persons in
letting them do their job.
4. In case of any inconveniences or problem inform society office during
working hours.
5. Ask your visitors to park their cars outside the society compound.
6. Inform society 15 days prior to occupying the flat, date & time of entry.
7. Park only one car and only in parking lot subject to availability and
confirmation from office.
8. Obtain car sticker from society for your car as per rules.
9. Handover the car sticker to the society on moving out of society if you are
selling the premises
10. Car Sticker will be given to Resident and accordingly to be stick to the
front glass of the car.
11. To follow the Wet & Waste Management Policy of Society displayed
time to time on notice board.
12. Also not to keep the Shoes Racks outside the Flat Premises
13. To Take prior permission before commencing any work related to
interior of your Flat Premises after taking possession
14. To comply all the legal formalities related to Flat Premises after getting
Property Sale Deed within Month’s time
15. Assuring for maintenance dues time to time
16. Will attend the Annual General Meeting /Any meeting called by the
official representative of the Committee

Don’t for the Buyer to be followed in our society


1. Don’t shift household materials till written NOC is given society
and show to security guard 3 days in advance about shifting.
2. Don’t shift goods before 10.00 A.M. and after 6.00 P.M.
3. Don’t use Lift to carry goods to your Flat.
4. Don’t put satellite T.V. antenna anywhere & if there is already
fitted in flat you have to remove.
5. Don’t feed stray dogs in the colony.
6. Don’t park your car outside your allotted parking.
7. Don’t park second car in the society premises in any
circumstances.
8. Don’t celebrate any religious festival in the common areas.
9. Don’t have late night parties with loud music and don’t play
music so that it may disturb neighbors.
10. Don’t put shoe racks or any religious statue or frame in the
common lobby outside the flat.
11. Don’t allow your driver to loiter around, sit in the lobby and chat
with security guards.
12. Don’t do any renovation or repair work in the flat without
informing society office.
13. Don’t do any major alteration of the Flat Premises which will
harm the structure, beam and drainage layout which harms the
building. All the changes should be done by giving proper plan
within the framework of the BMC rules
14. Kindly note that completion of interview does not mean
approved to move in. The Ensuing Buyer should check the
approved list of Checklist before complying with
documentation for moving in. Only after receiving shifting
letter from the society office the New Buyer shall be permitted
to move in the Flat.
