FLORES, widower; BELEN T. ANGARA, deceased, represented by ALICIA I. PASION

FELIPE ANGARA married to Dolores dela Torre who died on December 22, 1986 at
Baler, Aurora and February 5, 1982 respectively.
That we, LOPE T. ANGARA, widow; LEONCIA T. ANGARA, deceased,
represented by RUTH TOLENTIONO, single; SORELLA T, ANGARA, widow; EVELYN
T. ANGARA married to Desmond Alban O’Shea, both represented by JOSEFINA I.
FLORES, widower; BELEN T. ANGARA, deceased, represented by ALICIA I. PASION
married to Rolando Pasion and OSCAR T. ANGARA, represented by CONCEPCION
A. EDEJAER, are the surviving legal heirs;

That said deceased died intestate without leaving will or testament;

That said deceased died without leaving any transmissible debt or obligation to
any person or entity;

That said deceased left a parcel of land as follows;

“A parcel of land (lot 175, of the cadastral of Baler),
situated in Baler, Province of Tayabas (before) Aurora
(now). Bounded on the N., by Zamora S.t; on the S., by Lot
176,; on the S., by Lot 173; and on the E, Lot 177
containing an area ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE (175)
SQUARE METERS more or less.
