3. Commited to GRIND!
a. One (1) Week trial from September 2 to September 9, 2021 with a minimum 350 SLP.
b. Starting on September 10, 2021 up to October 10, 2021 (Friday) the scholar’s qouta will be
125SLP(Minimum) per day!
c. Fail to complete the 125SLP quota per day will have consequences.
c.1 if the scholar not meet the minimum 125SLP quota per day, short SLP will be deducted on
his/her salary.
c.2 Fail to complete minimum qouta per day often will lead to termination.
d. Starting on October 11, 2021 (Friday) the scholar’s qouta will be 150-200SLP(Minimum) per day!
e. Fail to complete the 150-200SLP quota per day will have consequences.
e.1 if the scholar not meet the minimum 150-200SLP quota per day, short SLP will be deducted
on his/her salary.
e.2 Fail to complete minimum qouta per day often will lead to termination.
g. Salary (M80/S20) will be given every 15th and 30th of the month. (Stirctly NO ADVANCE PAYMENT).
LEGAL AGREEMENT: MR. LARMAN AND MR. LAXA
h. Your share must increase up to 30% in 2-4 months (November to December) depending on your
performance.
i. Your share must increase up to 40% in 4-6 months (December to February) depending on your
performance.
j. Your share must increase up to 50% in 11-12 months (August-September) depending on your k.
performance.
k. Additional 10% on the 30th of December, 2021. This will be the Scholar Chrismast Bonus.
l. Incentives: If you reach 250SLP on your daily qouta, the manager will give you additional 10% on the
salary day!
m. Terms of Payment: every 15th and 30th of the Month, by SLP transfer to Scholar’s Ronin Account.
n. The Main Account will surender to the manager after the Contract.
