what to do, when to do and see the outcome. Planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling this

and minimize waste of time. Because managing in an organization is not an easy task. With this functions
your followers will be directed and guided throughout the process in achieving your goals.

Four principles of SBM is SBM provides principals, teachers, students, and parents greater control over the
education process by giving them responsibility for decisions about the budget, personnel, and the
curriculum. Through the involvement of teachers, parents, and other community members in these key
decisions, SBM can create more effective learning environments for children. SBM improve student
achievement, school performance, and learning outcomes, where decision-making is made by all those who
are closely involved in addressing the needs of the individual schools so much so that the specific needs of
the students will be adequately met. Bring resources including funds within the control of schools to support
the delivery of quality educational services. Strengthen partnership with the communities and LGUs in order
for them to invest time, money, and resources in providing a better school learning environment.
TOPIC: Leadership Style
Insight:
Leadership styles is that every school head apply different leadership style. Leadership style depends on the
teacher and environment you have. Leadership style is important in education because it provides teacher
and learners environment conducive for teaching and learning process. But there is no best leadership style.
Each of the different leadership style may be employed in different situations.
TOPIC: Managerial Skills
Insight:
Managerial skills is that a manager must have a skills to visualize the result or outcomes. He must visualize
best response to a certain situation. This skills required when you are making a decision for the group.
Communication skills, leaderships skills, decision making skills, problem solving skills and administrative
skills these are all skills a leader must possess to lead the group. When you understand your follower you
will have a harmonious relationship towards them.

TOPIC: Strategic Leadership


Insight:
Strategic leadership is the ability to anticipate and envision the future, maintain flexibility and
work with others to initiate change that will create a competitive advantage of the organization in the future.
A leader must have a vision, mission, strategy and action. Leaders link their dreams with strategic actions.
They just not sit in the corner for the things to work. He must be a doer in their vision and mission.
