What's the Difference
Between the Internet
and
the World Wide Web?
The internet is bigger. Much bigger!!!

It's actually a network of networks, connecting millions of computers around the globe.
Any of these computers can communicate with one another, so long as each machine is
connected to the Internet.
The World Wide Web, however, is a system
we use to tap into that internet.
IN OTHER WORDS…
Internet is composed of the machines, hardware and data; and
the World Wide Web is what brings this technology to life.
What is Internet Protocol (IP)?
In order to send somebody information
over the internet, you need the correct
address – just like sending a regular
letter through the mail.

In this case however, it is the IP address.


The World Wide Web uses three protocols:
1. HTML (Hypertext markup language) – Document Format
2. HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol ) – Protocol for Server
3. URL (Uniform resource locator) - Address

was soon gaining popularity as the world's
most popular social networking site.
