How physically active were you during the enhanced community


quarantine? What made you follow an active or sedentary lifestyle during
ECQ?
I’m still promote an active lifestyle as teenager despite of the current situation. I
practiced some exercise that I can do to stay physically active during enhanced
community quarantine. I made to still active and physically healthy amidst
pandemic.
