1.2 BACKGROUND
At the beginning of this project started, almost
all the project locations covered by trees, both
teak trees or other trees. The tree located in the
project location belongs to The Environment
Agency (DLH) of Jombang Regency, so cutting
is the responsibility of DLH of Jombang
Regency because trees which cut are a highly
economical asset especially for the teak tree.
Tree cutting start on August 2020 with the
completion target in the end of December 2020.
In fact, till the end of December 2020 the target
is not achieved so that Sorting, Composting,
LTP, Reservoir, still have the trees which not
yet cut, as a result the main work such as LTP,
Sorting and Composting and access road can
not be finished.
1.3 PURPOSE
Accelerate the work progress of LTP, Sorting
and Composting (Sorcom) as well as access road
because LTP work supposed to be started in the
beginning of December 2020 and Sorcom work
supposed to be started in the beginning of
January 2021.

1.2 LATAR BELAKANG
Pada awal proyek ini mulai, hampir seluruh
area lokasi pekerjaan tertutup oleh pohon, baik
pohon jati maupun jenis pohon yang lain.
Pohon yang berada di lokasi proyek adalah
milik Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH)
Kabupaten Jombang, sehingga penebangan
menjadi tanggung jawab DLH Kab. Jombang
karena pohon yang ditebang adalah asset yang
mempunyai nilai ekonomis tinggi terutama
untuk pohon jati.
Penebangan pohon dimulai pada bulan Agustus
2020 dengan target penyelesaian pada akhir
Desember 2020. Pada kenyataannya, sampai
dengan akhir Desember 2020 target tersbut
tidak tercapai sehingga di lokasi Sorting
Composting, LTP, Reservoir, masih ada pohon
yang belum ditebang, sehingga berakibat pada
pekerjaan utama seperti LTP, Sorting and
Composting dan jalan akses belum bisa
dikerjakan.
1.3 TUJUAN
Mempercepat progress pekerjaan LTP, Sorting
dan Composting (Sorcom) serta jalan akses
karena pekerjaan LTP seharusnya dimulai awal
Desember 2020 dan pekerjaan Sorcom dimulai
awal Januari 2021.

DLH Jombang Regency.
Awalnya proses penebangan pohon akan dilakukan
melalui tender terbuka tetapi karena tidak ada yang
mendaftar, akhirnya dengan turunnya nota dinas dari
Bupati Kab. Jombang, penebangan dilakukan oleh
DLH Kab. Jombang dan dimulai pada bulan
Agustus 2020 dengan target penyelesaian sampai
dengan Desember 2020. Pada kenyataannya, DLH
Kab. Jombang tidak dapat menyelesaikan sesuai
dengan target karena dana tahun 2020 sudah tidak
tersedia dan harus menunggu anggaran tahun 2021
yang diperkirakan baru tersedia di bulan Mei 2021,
tersebut tidak dapat dilanjutkan oleh DLH Kab.
Jombang.
