INTRODUCTION

Product Support Center as its name defines it is all about product and its
related queries. Product support center is helpful for all categories of persons
either an Employee or a Student. This center provides solution of their
problem. As a customer or user buy a technical product or download it from
anywhere, during installation or while using that product it may possible that
any problem will occur.

This website basically works on customer queries and provides solution. A


customer can find out proper solution and update their product status here.
This is very helpful to run a product frequently. This support center also
provides a chatting facility to customers with admin or other customers.
Overall it will helpful while installing, using and updating any product.

SCOPE

1. Product Support Center provide solutions, information and update related to


any technical product i.e. Software, hardware etc.
2. Customer will have their own account and there they can provide list of
product what they are using.
3. They can interact with expert as well as other customers to find out their
solution.
4. Support center is secured and it keeps data confidential of their customers.
5. Customer has chatting facility with experts and other customers to get
proper answer.
6. Useful links related to product like drivers, software’s and hardware is
provided by center.
7. As Service is online so it will available round the clock and on holidays
also.
