kind attention is invited to their request (copy enclosed) for payment of sale proceeds as
against auction of vehicle Used Suzuki Solio bearing Chassis # MA15S-220458 imported by
him and was subsequently auctioned on 21-06-2018 vide Lot No.CF-79/SEP-17.

02. In order to meet out the requirement for processing of the case for payment of
sale proceeds, photocopies of requisite documents are submitted herewith, with the request
that payment of sale proceeds may kindly be made at the earliest convenience for which we
shall be highly obliged.

185152 was subsequently auctioned on 12-05-2019 vide Lot No. CF-19/APR-19.

On behalf of M/s. Al-Noor Shippers (CHAL No. 2389) it is to state that our
valued clients vide their letter (copy enclosed) had requested to hold auction of One Used
Honda N-WGN bearing Chassis No. JH1-1243096 arrived at Karachi Port under the cover of
Bill of Lading No. 1902400104, IGM No. 86/19 and Index No. 370. However, request for
holding the auction was not considered and thence the vehicle in question was auctioned on
16-09-2019.
