    Subject: Seeking permission for using soccer field.

    Sir/Madam,

    My name is Pinehas Nambahu and I am a Head coach of Baller Boys Football Academy and I
    have been teaching football to my academy students for last 3 years.

    Respected, I request you to allow me to use your school soccer field for our training sessitions as
    all the local stadiums are fully ocuppied. Our academy have a minimum of 50 players as follows
    girls u15= 16, Boys u13=17 and Boys u15= 17. We are currently taking part in MTCHopSol league
    and we are in need of a proper training ground and your school sports field has met the
    requirements. I am looking forward to using the mentioned property as this place would be enough
    to hold us.

    I believe you would allow us to use the ground and I am ready to pay any little applicable rent
    and I hereby confirm that if any harm is caused to the property I shall be held liable for the same.
