Subject:- Permission to use school ground for football training

Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to humbly ask for permission if we can use the school ground as
regular football practice for below 14 years children. Regarding with the schedule, the
training is fixed and is to be held every morning from 6:30-7:30 and as the entire
nearby sports complex are occupied and the cost seems to be very high to pay, and
since, the ground in our locality is inaccessible for us to train. We hereby, to take all the
responsibility of the ground along with the school premises during the training period
and all the trainee are kept under the rules and regulations as per the terms and
condition of your school.

We request you to grant us your school ground for practice either in the morning or
evening as per convenience.

We will be grateful to hear a response from you and we’ll make sure to compromise
