External genital organs in male : include:

1.Penis:The penis is the male copulatory or
sexualogans and part of the urinary system

It has enlarged bulblous --- shaped tip called the
glonspenis which supports and is protected by the
foreskin.

define:

-the testes are presents inside the sac which is a
pouch –like structure that hangs outside the body
behind the penis , which holds and protects the
testes called scrotum (housed of the temperature
regulating)
‫توجد الخصيتان داخل الكيس وهو عبارة عن هيكل يشبه‬-
‫ والذي يحمل ويحمي‬، ‫الجراب يتدلى خارج الجسم خلف القضيب‬
)‫الخصيتين المسماة كيس الصفن (التي تنظم درجة الحرارة‬
the scrotum contains numerous nerves and blood
vessels.
.‫يحتوي كيس الصفن على العديد من األعصاب واألوعية الدموية‬
-the scrotum remains connected with the
abdomen or pelvis cavity by the inguinal canal
which also pass from this canal the spermatic cord.
‫يظل كيس الصفن متصلا بالبطن أو تجويف الحوض عن‬-
‫طريق القناة األربية التي تمر أيضاا من هذه القناة إلى الحبل‬

-the spermatic cord consists of:

2. spermatic vein‫الوريد المنوي‬
3. spermatic nerve ‫العصب المنوي‬ .
Bound together with connective tissue pass into
the testis through inguinal canal.

-this scrotum consist of tow types of muscles:
:‫يتكون كيس الصفن هذا من نوعين من العضلت‬-
1.cremaster muscle‫عضلة مشمرة‬
2.dartos muscle‫عضلة دارتوس‬

-During times of lower temperatures , the
cremaster muscle contracts and pulls the scrotum
closer to the body , while, the Dartos muscle give it
a wrinkled appearance .

cremaster and dartos muscles are relax to bring
down the scrotum away from the body and
remove the wrinkles yespectively.

‫ودارتوس إلخراج كيس الصفن بعي ادا عن الجسم وإزالة التجاعيد‬

The major funcation of the testes :

1.sperms production (in the male called gamete or
spermatozoa)
‫ إنتاج الحيوانات المنوية (في الذكر يسمى األمشاج أو الحيوانات‬-1

This take place in the testes which are responsible
for production of immature sperm , then travel to
the epididymis for development and storage.
‫يحدث هذا في الخصيتين المسؤولتين عن إنتاج الحيوانات المنوية‬

2. the testes is the organ that produces male
sexhormoes such as testosterone .

they pass into the vas deferens.

Define:
The vas deferens also known as the spermduct .

long, that starts from the epididymis to the pelvic
cavity .

Act as carry sperm from the epididymis to the

 Accessory sex glands in male
‫الغدد الجنسية الملحقة في الذكور‬
There are three accessory sex glands that provide
fluid which lubricate the duct system and protect
the sperm cells.

They are glands include (the seminal vesicles, the
prostate gland and the cowper gland)

They are producing of ejaculatory fluid , the
responsible for production of semen fluid are the
sex prostate gland.

Seminal vesicles: ‫الحويصلت المنوية‬
Seminal vesicles are sac—like structure attached
to the vas deferens at one side of the bladder.

1.produce alkaline fluid which neutralizes the acid
in the vagina .

2.produce yellowish fluid that contain fructose ,
this fluid provid sperm cells energy and aid in their
motility and represent about 70% of the semen.

Prostate gland
‫غدة البروستاتة‬
Define:
the prostate gland surrounds the ejaculatory
ducts at the base of the urethra, just below the
bladder.
‫ أسفل‬، ‫ُتحيط غدة البروستاتا بقنوات القذف في قاعدة مجرى البول‬
.‫المثانة مباشرة‬

funcation :‫الوظيفة‬
1.the prostate gland is responsible for the
secretion the semen fluid.
.‫ غدة البروستاتا هي المسؤولة عن إفراز السائل المنوي‬-1
2.this gland is also responsible for making the
semen milky in appearance by mixing calcium to
the semen coming from seminal vesicles ,semen
coming from the seminal vesicles is yellowish in
color.
‫ هذه الغدة مسؤولة أيضا عن جعل السائل المنوي حليبي المظهر‬-2
‫عن طريق خلط الكالسيوم مع السائل المنوي القادم من الحويصلت‬
‫ والسائل المنوي القادم من الحويصلت المنوية يكون‬، ‫المنوية‬

The semen remain cloudy and clumpy until the
prostatic secretion.

 Cowper glands
‫غدد كاوبر‬
Define :
The cowper glands are tow small glands located on
the sides of the urethra just below the prostate
gland .
‫غدد كاوبر عبارة عن غدد صغيرة تقع على جانبي مجرى البول‬
.‫أسفل غدة البروستاتا‬
funcation :‫الوظيفة‬
This glands produce a clear , slippery fluid that
help the semen to pass directly to the urethera .

"Erection process " erection occurs as the
following steps:
:‫تحدث "عملية االنتصاب" على النحو التالي‬
1.Any sexual stimulants the human see them.

2.Massage sending to the C.N.S about these
stimulants .

3.The C.N.S send a signal to the sinus of the
erectile tissue of the penis to become filled with
blood.
