    Expressing Gratitude :

    Gratitude is social glue, it holds relationships together.

    Why Gratitude is good :

    - It feel good

    - It makes relationships stronger

    - It make people feel happier in the long run

    Things that lift others up include:

    - Being friendly

    - Expressing gratitude

    - Complimenting them on their strengths/talents

    - encouraging them to pursue goals

    - Showing compassion

    Activity : Make a video and share your experience for this term.
