I. To procure the following sports equipment and Materials

The committee would like to procure the following sports equipment and materials to be
used in our upcoming Sports Feast this October. The committee will hold the new sports
equipment and materials and they will place it on the sports cabinet, no one is allowed to use the
equipment and materials until the sports feast will be held.

II. Smile Project

Communities that participate in sport and recreation develop strong social bonds,
are safer places and the people who live in them are generally healthier and
happier than places where physical activity isn't a priority. Sport and recreation
build stronger, healthier, happier and safer communities. The committee would
 like to have project Smile every Community game, this simple act will help to
change the disposition of every member that they are entering to a place of
happiness, music is the best tool to used. With that the committee will like to ask
permission to the formators to barrow the following to be use every community
game;
1. Speaker (for Music)
2. Microphone (For the Announcer)
3. Laptop (to bring laptop to the gymnasium for music)

Every Wednesday and Saturday the following are the propose schedules;
Every Wednesdays, Inter-Department Game (College vs. P.Y)
