December 2018 and duly registered in August 2021with a company registration no. 266763/078/079
under company registration act 2063 and PAN registration no. 610044333 registered on 4th August 2021
under Inland Revenue Department. We have been in entertainment business for the past 3 years. We
provide services like Documentaries, Music Videos, Audio-Visual Editing, Video Films, Brand
Promotions, Film making, National and International musical concerts.

I am Roshan Parajuli Founder Chairman of Blue Bird would like to like to book your Nilgiri Bar area for
25th Bhadra 2078 (AD 10th September 2021) for a music video shoot. There will be a team of maximum
100, including 6 lead model and dancer, 8 models, 20 choras dancers and 70 audiences. The timing for the
shoot is expected from 1500 hrs to 2300 hrs, we would like to ask permission for extra set-up (lighting) in
bar area from our production team.

Director Mr. Nitin Chand and Dilip Saman will direct the video shoot and the leading artists are Paul
Shah, Aaryan Sigdel, Durgesh Thapa, Alisha Sharma, Sesa Poudel and Sneha Sangroula.
