HOUSE RENT AGREEMENT

The house rent agreement has been made on from XXXXX BS (XxxxxxA.D.) between Mr.
Sher Bahadur Gharti Matwala, age of 65, a permanent resident of Dharna-4, Dang, Nepal
(here in after referred to as first party) and Mr. XYZ, age of XX, a permanent resident of
------------------, Nepal, (here in after referred to as the tenant) to lent and rent on plot no.XXX
of a House situated at Dang Municipality, ward no.4, Dharna, Dang, Nepal, according to
following conditions.

Conditions:

This agreement shall come on effect on from XXXXXXXXX and duration of agreement
shall be for five years.

The rent of above mentioned house would be NRs 480,000.00 annually. 2 shutter’s NRs
XXXXX and one flat of rent NRs XXXXXXX. The tenant has to pay the lump sum of three
months (NRs xxxxx) in advance.

The tenant should pay the rent within completion of month.

The tenant should have to pay the electricity and water supply bills according to Government
rules.

We both read and understand all above terms and conditions and agree as follows.
