Rent Deed

This deed or rent agreement is made on 10 th day of Febuary 2020 at Ludhiana between
Mr Bajrangi S/o Ram Jewan (Landlord) ,R/o 117/1 Street No-2 , New Partap Nagar,
Bajwa Colony, Near Guddi Mata Mandir, Ludhiana (herein after called landlord / first
party) and Shahid Ansari S/o Abdul Mannan, Village Semra, VPO Semra, West
Chamaparan, Bihar-845105 having Aadhaar no. 6643-5605-7811 (herein after called tenant
/ second Party)
Whereas the Second Party have taken on rent Property DF-40/1367 , New Partap Nagar,
Sunil Park , Ludhiana-141001 for Rent 10000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) which is
owned by first party.

Rent deed is executed on following terms and condition:-

I. That the Rent will be paid on first week of every month.

II. That the tenant shall use the tenancy premises for Embroidery Work & related
services.

III. That the tenant will not involve in any kind of illegal activities in respect to
rented premises. Hereby further stated that if tenant involved in any illegal
activities then landlord will not be liable for his act.

IV. That the tenant has no right to make any addition or alteration in the said
premises.

V. The tenant has no right to sublet the tenancy premises to anybody else.

VI. That both the parties will be given two month prior written notice to vacate the
premises.
VII. In witness whereof the parties have signed this Rent Deed with their free Will
and consent after reading the contents and admitting the same as true and
correct and without any type of pressure or coercion from any side.
