On one hand BLUE BIRD ENTERTAINMENT PVT.LTD., located at Gyaneshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal will
organizing a KUMAR SANU Live in Concert, hereinafter referred to as ‘FIRST PARTY’ or ‘RECIPIENT’,
represented herein by Roshan Parajuli – Chairman.

On the other hand TUBORG – GORKHA BREWERY PVT. LTD., located at Thapathali, Kathmandu, Nepal
hereinafter referred to as ‘SECOND PARTY’ or “______________SPONSOR, represented herein by
____________________________________________________________.

The following has been mutually agreed and acknowledge:

 The ‘FIRST PARTY’, will promote TUBORG – GORKHA BREWERY as ____________ sponsor.
 The ‘FIRST PARTY’, will promote TUBORG – GORKHA BREWERY through social media and also
from the stage of KUMAR SANU Live in Concert.
 The ‘SECOND PARTY’ will sponsor KUMAR SANU Live in Concert with our well known Nepali singer
Pramod Kharel with band and Himal Sagar.
 The ‘SECOND PARTY’ will provide a sum of NPR_______/- (In words: ____________________ only/-)
as sponsor money for the concert.
