In the last few years, technology has become an important part of most people’s lives. Now we can stay
connected to the Internet almost wherever we go and instantly update our friends and family on what we’re
doing. We check the weather around the world at the click of a button. So what’s next in the world of
technology?
The new trend is for technology that can improve people’s health. Companies now make clever gadgets that
you can wear on your body all day to check your health. Smart watches can measure your heartbeat and tell
you if you stay still for too long. They count how many steps you take in a day and make sure that you’re
getting enough exercise to stay fit and healthy.
But, that’s not all. Many companies are going even further to keep their customers healthy. They are
developing technology that can measure how much you’re sweating, whether you have a high temperature
and whether you have eaten too much food. All of this, in a device the size of a watch! The latest designs are
not only helpful, but stylish as well. Most people wouldn’t be able to tell the difference between one of these
gadgets and a real watch or bracelet.
Some people still say that you don’t need gadgets to be able to exercise; the only thing you need is hard work.
However, in the modern world, with so many products to help people stay in shape, the sky really is the limit!
