Network topologies , SDH and DWDM technologies , basic knowledge of Sampling and its frequency,
types of modulations , Basic knowledge of Network devices – Optical fiber cable , Mux , Demux , Switch ,
Router

Job Details –

Roles and Responsibilities:

✓ Change Management Process Effectiveness and Compliance Adherence-maintaining Process TATs.

✓ Manage Change tickets/workflow requests for telecom equipment/fiber maintenance or trouble

resolution.

✓ Maintain customer focus and professional demeanor in a fast-paced and often demanding
environment.

✓ Establish regular cadence of meetings with key client stakeholders and regional team leads to ensure
alignment of change outcomes and deliverables with customer requirements.

✓ Develops the master maintenance schedule so that activities are coordinated between all
stakeholders, field operations, service desks, and NOC teams.

✓ Responsible for the review and implementation of Change process improvement methodologies,
tools, and techniques.
