2. Jakiś czas temu zamówiłeś/ zamówiłaś przez Internet personalizowane puzzle na urodziny koleżanki. Napisz do firmy
e-mail z reklamacją, w którym: • poinformujesz, co i kiedy
zamówiłeś/zamówiłaś, • opiszesz problem dotyczący zamówionego produktu, • wyrazisz niezadowolenie z powodu
nieterminowego dostarczenia przesyłki, • wyjaśnisz czego oczekujesz od firmy.

sposób, kiedy to było, na czym polegała jego personalizacja; następnie
przedstaw problemy z dostarczeniem zamówienia oraz jakością
produktu,
• w trzecim akapicie wyraź niezadowolenie z powodu nieterminowego
otrzymania przesyłki i wyjaśnij, dlaczego termin dostarczenia był
szczególnie istotny,
• w czwartym akapicie krótko przedstaw, czego oczekujesz od firmy,
• używaj języka formalnego, np. I am angry → I am disappointed, I want
my money back → I would like you to send me a full refund,
• nie stosuj form skróconych (np. I’ve, aren’t) ani skrótów
(np. v. good/CU),
• sprawdź napisaną pracę – zwróć uwagę na błędy językowe,
ortograficzne i interpunkcyjne,
• upewnij się, że e-mail liczy od 80 do 130 słów,
• pisz starannie i wyraźnie

I am writing to complain about the service provided by your company.

The service your company offers is very bad!

Two weeks ago, I ordered a photo jigsaw puzzle on your website. I uploaded a good quality photo, paid and received a
confirmation that the finished product would arrive within 3–5 working days. After 5 days I wrote to you twice but my
emails( błąd gramamtyczny poprawie : my emails were ignored ) ignored. Finally, the delivery came today and when I
opened the box, it turned out that the quality of image is poor and two pieces are missing.
I am extremely disappointed at ( zły przyimek/ poprawny : with ) your service. It was a present and it came a week too
late, not to mention the product`s ( błąd : forma skrócona, poprawnie: the product is)) incomplete.
I would be gratefull( błąd ortograficzny- poprawnie: grateful) if you could send me a full refund.
