1. Price Basis : EX-WORKS-Bhiwandi Plant.

2. Delivery : 07 months from the date of receipt P.O.

3. Payment : 100% THROUGH BANK AGAINST DISPATCH DOCUMENTS ONLY.

4. Validity : This offer shall be valid up to 30 JULY 2021.

5. P & F : @ 3 % on the basic price.

6. IGST : @ 18 % Extra.

7. Order once placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

8. Fitment Certificate will provide along with dispatch documents.

9. Warranty Terms : For the manufacturing defect & valid for 18 Months from the date of supply or 12 months
from the date of commissioning whichever is earlier.

10. Liquidated Damage clause not acceptable to us as a spares items.
