DRUG OVERDOSE
INFORMATION:

On this date I was contacted by Sgt. Bringedahl from Muskegon City Police Department in regards to an OD
patient, from the Electric Forest Festival. Sgt. Bringedahl stated that Ofc. Wilson had
responded to Mercy Hospital on this date for an OD patient and upon arrival the nurse had found pills in the
While at the hospital, Ofc. Wilson was informed by staff that was not going to
make it. Sgt. Bringedahl stated he had spoken with the command center at the Electric Forest and needed a
trooper to deliver the pills to the command center.

I met Ofc. Wilson at Mercy H


spoke with Dr. Cuison in the ER who stated that was not going to recover and would pass away
shortly. After retrieving the property, I delivered the property to the command center at the Electric Forest. I
delivered the property to Sgt. Zeilinger who signed the UD-14B property receipt. Further information on the OD
can be found in MSP Hart report #62-2244-18.

On 7/2/18, I was informed by Muskegon Dispatch that had died from the overdose. I notified the
command center with the new information. The incident is closed TOT MSP Hart Post.

Both and advised they are working for the festival and an unknown female camper ran up to
them claiming there is a guy passed out at the bathroom area. They ran over and found the subject on the
ground. said he felt for a pulse and did not find any. He advised the victim's face was already blue.
said he then ran over to the EMS staging area at the main Medical center and advised them. They came
immediately.

said she just stood back. She advised she did not get to close.

Information from the victims personal belongs showed as his mother. The Michigan State Police
Paw Paw Post was requested to inform of her son's demise.

INFORMATION:

I was contacted by Sgt. Hockanson of the Hart Post, requesting I pick up some of the victim's property from
Blodgett Hospital. Upon arrival, I met with a security guard who took me to the morgue where the bag of
property was recovered. Property were personal items that were found on the victim's person at the time of
death. Property was transported to the Hart Post were it was entered into Property.

advised they had sent the autopsy report to Sheriff Bob Farber. Made
arrangements to pick up a copy of the autopsy report for our files and for
the prosecutor.
