TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Terms of Payment: 30% down payment; 80% will be on progress billing.
2. Government and building permits are not included in the above given costs.
3. Processing of building and working permits must be processed by the client.
4. Above cost are exclusive of 12% VAT
5. Mobilization costs outside Metro Manila will incur an additional cost of PHP 3,000.00.
