OPERATIONS
The production area is also located at First Park Subdivision Sagpon, Daraga,
Albay. The employees work full-time with a salary of PhP600.00 per month, which
could be deemed too low in the industry. The staffing requirements are on par
with the rest of the industry as the employees are trained to have knowledge and
familiarity to the products and operations.The inventory process will be headed
by the Vice-President for Production together with the Assistant for Production.
They are required to do an everyday inventory and maximized those materials in
producing the company products to lessen the expenses as well as the spoilage.
The business doesn’t have the specific suppliers yet.

MANAGEMENT TEAM

The owner of the business is composed of 11 members so that, it will be

partnership. Every member has its own equal capital investment. The
management team is composed of President, Vice-President for Production, Vice
President for Finance, Vice-president for Sales and Vice-President for Marketing,
together with their assistants. With specified and well-delegated responsibilities
for the members, the current management team can reach the desired goals set
by the business. As long as the team members are doing the job, the operations
would continue upon their supervision and execution. The chain of command is
headed by the President for controlling the day-to-day transactions of the
business, planning and budgeting expenses with the Vice Presidents in
production, finance, marketing and sales for the everyday operation of the
business. Under the VP’s are their assistants, as well as a Safety officer in charge
of the employees DTR’s and checking them if they were in their respective area
and lastly, a HR officer in charge of employee training and writing minutes of
every meeting.
