COMPETITION
These advantages are not a temporary window as the key to break into this
type of business in consistency and creation of a solidified reputation as a shop
that offers delicious and healthy ice cream products. The key obstacles include
the tight competition between other ice cream and beverage sellers as they have
already built a wonderful reputation, which make consumers lean towards their
products due to trust and familiarity. To stand out, the business will offer limited
edition of ice cream flavors that are seasonal to the target customers aside from
the usual flavors. In terms of pricing strategy, the owners would have seasonal
discounts and quantity discounts. The products will be promoted through social
media to sell the products and to build brand name.

OPERATIONS
The operation of the business would be twice a week. The scope of the
operations include the production process, raw materials used and other
expenses in the continuous operation. The products we are selling are frozen and
snack foods. Customers can buy the product directly to the store and it can also
be on delivery. The company operates by the consistent amount of the products
to be produced and maintaining the expected quality of it in Bicol University
CBEM Campus (8:00am-4:00pm) and First Park Sagpon, Daraga, Albay (12:00nn-
7:00pm) will be every Mondays-Fridays.
This is fine although it might be hard for us.
