With reference to the subject cited above. I am to inform you thatthe
Ex.Engr.Barpeta, Baghbur & Chenga T.R.Division, Barpeta has submitted completion report
of the work scheme " Temporary restoration of flood damages Kahibari Dongra Palhaji road

under SDRF for the year 2019-20.

Therefore, you are hereby requested to conduct a physical verification against
the above mentioned SDRF scheme of work and submit the report to the undersigned in the
prescribed pro forma enclosed herewith along with photographs of3 (three) stages of the
above mentioned scheme i.c- pre-execution, during execution and after execution with your
signature in original.
