Recently 1. Supplemental guides and explainer videos on portfolio-building, and other

updated related documents are now available. They can be accessed through

artifacts/MOVs are outputs that you already have as part of your daily
practice, and some can also be used for your RPMS portfolio this
school year. These practicum outputs are evidence of how you applied
what you have learned from the LDM course.

If you think that the required outputs already sufficiently satisfy the
evaluation criteria, you may do away with the self-selected outputs.
Our recommendation is that you still include self-selected outputs from
(or even not from) the list to demonstrate application of learning. But
please note that the portfolio is not a scrapbook where you put
everything in it.
The practicum portfolio guide for supervisors, including the list of
artifacts/MOVs, is applicable to all coaches regardless of position. If the
coach is a teacher or school head, this particular role can be used in the
RPMS corresponding to either highly proficient or distinguished career
stage. You just have to match the artifact/MOV to the appropriate
strand and career stage relative to the position of the personnel who
served as Instructional Coach but is not a supervisor.
You may still include your study notebook as a self-selected artifact,
but it is advised that you keep it (or a copy of it) as this may be useful
when you need to go back to your own learning notes.

Outputs expected from department heads would depend on their
participation in LDM2--either as a school LAC leader or a
teacher-participant.
If they did not take the pre-implementation part of the LDM 2 course,
they are not considered as course participants, hece, are not expected
to submit the practicum portfolio.
Yes, to a certain extent--if you pair it with the updated/improved version
to highlight the learnings you have gained throughout the school year.
Ex. Pre-implementation output ILMP/WHLP + Q3/Q4 ILMP/WHLP
The same set of criteria/rubrics is used in all LDM courses.

You only need to submit one (1) LDM practicum portfolio--for
LDM1--since it’s the course that is intended for you--aligned to the
professional standards for school heads, and you have submitted the
pre-implementation outputs for it. LDM2-related artifacts may also be
added in your LDM1 practicum portfolio under self-selected artifacts.
You just have to map the PPSSH indicators that these LDM2 artifacts
cover.
