you would like the following Genyo Programs to be implemented in your school for SY 21 – 22.

STUDENTS’ COUNCIL ONLINE ELECTION

Description:
The Annual election of the student council/government will be conducted
using the Genyo portal. The goal of the program is to make the students
realize the benefits of using Genyo to conduct a fair and secure election.

Program Objectives:
 Save time in the generation of results
 Reduced if not eliminate the use of paper in the conduct of the
election in the school
Promote partnership between Diwa (Genyo) and the school (Student
Council) in the administration of the election
INTRA-SCHOOL PROGRAMS FOR GS STUDENTS
SCIENCE PICTIONARY

Description:
A picture guessing game for students where they will guess science-related
pictures using the Quiz feature of Genyo.

Celebration)  Recognize different science-related terms, persons, and objects
through the use of pictures
 Enrich their memory and vocabulary skills by introducing science-
related terms through pictures or set of pictures
 Enjoy learning through vocabulary games and have an appreciation
of the significance of Science in our lives
THE WORLDWIDE WORD RIDE

Description:
October/November Using Genyo's Shared Blog feature, students will write their own poetry about

Program Objectives:
 Allow students to demonstrate their writing skills by drafting a poem
about media literacy or a topic for their month's celebration.

 Foster and promote students’ creative thinking through symbolism,
metaphor, and imagery.
 Deepen students’ understanding about media literacy and its
importance to everyday lives as digital citizens

SUDOKU CHALLENGE

Description:
A program where students will solve a sudoku puzzle utilizing Genyo's Quiz
feature, in which missing digits must be placed into a 9 by 9 grid of squares
that are subdivided into 3 by 3 boxes so that every row, column, and box has
the numbers 1 through 9.

(Math Week Celebration) Program Objectives:
 Develop the logical thinking and problem-solving skills of students
through the use of puzzle like Sudoku
 Improve the memory and exercise the brain of our students by
solving sudoku puzzles
 Challenge students’ sense of accomplishment and satisfaction by
solving sudoku puzzle
INTRA-SCHOOL PROGRAMS FOR JHS/SHS STUDENTS
OBRA NG PANITIKAN

Description:
An audio "Drama Theatre" contest based on the Piling Akda available in
Genyo using the Genyo Podcast feature.

Celebration)  Showcase students' acting abilities by using their voices and fluidly
delivering script and lines for the audio drama theatre
 Develop communication skills of students by portraying their
characters with good articulation and conversing with one another
 Teach students to see things from the perspective of others by
allowing them to indulge in the roles they portrayed.
SPOKEN POETRY CONTEST

Description:
A spoken poetry competition in which students use the Genyo Podcast
October/November feature to develop and recite their own poem about media literacy.

 Explore students self-expression through the use of different poetic
devices
 Write and experiment with words to explore and strengthen students'
communication skills

 Build students confidence and allows them to use their voice by
giving them the chance to freely create poems with topics that are
unfamiliar to them

IDEA HUNT: VIRTUAL TOUR CHALLENGE

Description:
An activity in which students respond to a series of questions based on the
themes presented in the Diwa Virtual Field Trips.

INTRA-SCHOOL PROGRAMS FOR TEACHERS


GENYO MASTERMINDS

Description:
A quiz competition for teachers that covers all of Genyo's features and
applications. The teachers must complete many stages in order to become a
Quarterly Genyo Legend at the end of the challenge.

Program Objectives:
 Review the teachers’ knowledge about the Genyo by answering
different questions about its features and application
 Explain the different use of Genyo features in Online Learning
 Recommend different strategies to teachers using Genyo tools
GENYOZONE AWARDS PROGRAM (TEACHERS AND STUDENTS)
GENYO CHAMPION OF THE QUARTER

Description:
Spotlights teachers who advocate the use of ICT in the school through their
consistent use of the Genyo eLearning Management System.

Program Objectives:
 Promote the use of Genyo through the implementation of the
different ICT integrated programs in the school
 Encourage and motivate students and teachers to continuously use
Genyo in a consistent manner by recognizing exceptional teachers
and students every month and quarter.

GAWAD GURONG GENYO

Description:
G3 is an intra-school competition showcasing best practices in e-Learning or
the fusion of ICT and quality education through the use of GENYO, an e-
Learning Management Program that has multimedia content for the five key
learning areas: Science, Math, English, Filipino, and Hekasi.

Program Objectives:
 Emphasizes the importance of technology proficiency for both
teachers, and the students who would soon join the 21st-century
workplace
 Encourage teachers to be more creative in delivering lessons of the
five key learning areas with the use of GENYO to make the learning
experience of the students more fun and interesting
BATANG GENYO OF THE QUARTER
and
BATANG GENYO OF THE YEAR

Description:

Description:
