Lesson Overview In this lesson, you will recognize the importance of their health and choose to participate regularly in some active recreations designed to maintain and enhance
healthful lifestyle. The active recreation in this level are classified into the following:
a. Fitness activities like Yoga;
b. Walking for fitness;
c. Running;
d. Strength training; and
e. Individual, dual and team sports.

What is Body Mass Index?


It is one of the most demanding fitness assessment test today
because in most of all the fields in different professions they use this as
part of the physical examination to assess if the person is healthy or
unhealthy.
