Some common allied health professions in the Philippines include:
1.Medical Technologists: They perform laboratory tests and analyze body fluids, tissues, and
cells to assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases.
2.Radiologic Technologists: They operate imaging equipment, such as X-ray machines and
computed tomography (CT) scanners, to produce diagnostic images.
3.Physical Therapists: They help patients recover from injuries or illnesses by providing manual
therapy, exercise programs, and other interventions to improve mobility and relieve pain.
4.Occupational Therapists: They assist individuals with physical, developmental, or emotional

disabilities to improve their ability to perform daily activities and enhance their quality of life.
