Our logo has a tree with lively colors of the leaves, which represents hope and a
better life. Since giving importance to the environment is not only our motive, but also to
build a better tomorrow for the students and the people.

Reincarnation is a manufacturing business that produces student related products such as
wooden desk organizer, pen holder with drawer, portable bamboo wood folding bed laptop table,
and more by using eco-friendly materials like wood, paper, plastic etc. We will buy these raw
materials and process them into a new and more usable products, then sell them to customers at
an affordable selling price.
F. Product/Service Offered
Reincarnation will provide different types of products that are made of wood including
wooden ruler, wooden desk organizer, pen holder with drawer, large wooden pen holder, sailing
pen holder, Bluetooth wood keyboard, portable bamboo wood folding bed laptop table, wood
laptop stand.

Top Management
Responsible for establishing policies, guidelines and strategic objectives, as well
as for providing leadership and direction for quality management within the
organization. It should also establish those responsible and hold them accountable
for a wide variety of management system processes. They should also master
interpersonal communication, motivating others, honesty, problem solving,
creativity, and diversity.
Marketing Department
Responsible for reaching out to prospects, customers, investors and the
community, while creating an overarching image that represents your company in
a positive light. The people under this department must possess Industry/market
knowledge and skills in the early identification of trends/opportunities.
Production Department
Responsible for operating equipment in a factory and preparing items for
distribution. The requirement under this department involves assembling and
checking products, ensuring all machinery runs smoothly, and assisting in the
packaging and shipment of items.
Administration Department
Responsible for providing administrative support to an organization. Their duties
include organizing company records, overseeing department budgets and
maintaining inventory of office supplies.
Advertising and Promotion
People who work in Advertising and promotion are in charge of creating
marketing communication that persuades an audience to buy or support a product
or service. These people may create advertisements for the company that employs
them, prepare advertisements for a company's customers, or both.
Market Analyst
These people are responsible for studying market conditions to assess the
potential sales of products and services. Their duties include forecasting and
monitoring sales trends, gathering consumer and competitor data, preparing
reports for management, and utilizing statistical software for data analysis.
Customer Support
Their job includes responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way,
via phone, email, or chat. Identifying customer needs and helping customers use
specific features. Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions.
Planning
Their duty is to create, maintain, review, and administer construction schedules
and plans. Liaising with managers and engineers to discuss the progress of the
project and address any issues that arise.
Warehousing
Completes the shipments by processing and loading orders. They also prepare
orders by processing requests and supply orders. They also pull the materials,
packing the products in boxes, and placing orders in delivery area. They also
complete the deliveries by driving truck or van to deliver it to the vendors.
Maintenance
They are responsible for maintaining the workplace by fixing broken instruments,
cleaning the surroundings, and more. It also includes tasks like responding to
complaints, conducting regular check-ups, and keeping an inventory of supplies.
Technical
Technical Support responsibilities includes Installation & configuration of a
company's computer hardware operating systems and applications, maintenance
and monitoring of computer networks and systems, and diagnosing and solving
hardware or software faults.
Packaging
Their duty involves Weighing packages and labeling them appropriately,
inspecting packages to ensure they are not damaged, inspecting shipping
containers to ensure they meet shipping regulations, and assembling daily orders
by shipping location or any other shipping categories.
Human Resource
Human resources specialists are responsible for recruiting, screening,
interviewing, and placing workers. They may also handle employee relations,
payroll, benefits, and training.
Accounting
Accountants ensure all financial records and statements are in line with laws,
regulations, and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Accountants
also document business financial transactions over time. They compile the
information needed to prepare entries for company accounts, such as the general
ledger.
Purchasing
Their responsibilities include evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts, and
preparing reports on orders and costs. They will also create and maintain good
relationships with key suppliers to ensure merchandise is high quality and
delivered on time.
