NARRATIVE REPORT
SCHOOL HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS ON COVID-19

Pulo Elementary School in its obligation to guarantee that education must continue

amid the difficulties and vulnerabilities of faceto-face classes brought by Coronavirus

Disease 2019 (COVID-19), officially opened School Year 2021-2022 last September 13,

2021.

To ensure health and safety of the learners, teaching and non-teaching personnel of

Pulo Elementary School, precautions and health standards that needed to be observed in

school were heightened. In line with this, the following activities were observed:

1. Wearing of face masks, face shields

2. Maintaining physical distancing protocol

3. Regular handwashing and disinfection.

4. Maintain a daily log sheet of all the persons entering the school premises, with contact

information, as a proactive measure in aid of possible contact tracing in the future.

5. Conduct of temperature check using a thermal scanner of all persons upon entrance.
