Corporate Values: COMMITMENT

Core values are bedrock of Corporate Culture that guide all Company’s actions; these are the essence of Company’s
identity, fundamentally held beliefs, and are always aligned with the organization's Vision and Mission. With the
same zeal, SNGPL's core principles are the soul of what our organization and employees stand for.
SNGPL’s core values are: Courtesy, Commitment, Competence, Responsibility, and Integrity. These core values
shape the Corporate Culture, influence behavior, help to achieve corporate Goals, and foster long-term growth by
effectively and efficiently responding to external and internal challenges. Being a service firm, we lay emphasis on:

We are committed to our vision, mission, and to creating and delivering stakeholder value.

Organizational commitment refers to the degree to which employees identify with a specific organization and its
goals, desire to retain membership, and are willing to exert efforts on behalf of the organization. This value acts as a
catalyst for cultivating a stable and efficient workforce. Committed employees are an asset to the Company because
they are goal-oriented, are more constructive, boost up the organization performance, and invest resources to make
positive contributions to the organization.

Being dedicated and engaged towards assigned obligations is expected to be a standard norm here at SNGPL. As a
Company, we are moving away from the commitment value we promised to our customers and employees, which is
why we constantly grapple with problems of demand and supply in a growing market. In order to match the
competitive advantage and ensure sustainable growth in the marketplace, our members must have internal
commitment. Lack of commitment increases absenteeism, turnover and inefficiency of employees within the
Company. Extreme breaches of this norm can have devastating effects on an employee’s self-esteem and
engagement. Further, it can lead to squandering their potential on theft, corruption, insubordination, becoming idlers
at work, and creating a dysfunctional and unconducive work environment. Our Company's top priority is to always
put our employees first, to clarify our mission, ensure organizational fairness, support employee empowerment, and
provide flexible work schedules, and job security. Therefore, commitment is the basic requirement and quality of
our employees in order to become part of our Company and optimize the organizational performance. This value can
be an exceptional vehicle for imparting organizational culture that will help in improving employee’s performance.
Employees must reinvigorate the promised value and become long-term capital for organizational development.

SNGPL management endeavors to create a healthy corporate culture that is rewarding and fulfilling for our all
