PERILAKU CARING PERAWAT DI RUANG RAWAT INAP RSUD IBNU

ABSTRAK

Caring merupa kan hal penting yang harus diperhatikan oleh perawat dalam
memberikan asuhan keperawatan. Perilaku tersebut dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor
diantaranya stress kerja perawat. Stres kerja yang berlebihan dapat mempengaruhi mutu
pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan yang nantinya akan berdampak terhadap pelayanan
yang diberikan terhadap pasien.

Jenis penelitain berupa observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik

pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara stratified random sampling. Jumlah sampel yang diambil
dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 59 perawat.

Hasil uji statistik dengan menggunakan uji spearman’s rho didapatkan hasil p value
0,015 < 0,05 yang artinya ada hubungan antara stres kerja perawat shift malam dengan perilaku
caring perawat dengan tingkat korelasi -316 yang artinya tingkat korelasi lemah dan berbanding
terbalik (semakin rendah tingkat stress perawat akan semakin tinggi perilaku caringnya).

NURSES CARING BEHAVIOR IN HOSPITALIZATIOIN CARE AT IBNU

ABSTRACT

Caring is an important thing that must be considered by nurses in providing nursing care.

This behavior is influenced by several factors, including the work stress of nurses. Excessive

work stress can affect the quality of health services provided which will have an impact on the

services provided to patients.

This type of research is observational with a cross sectional approach. The sampling

technique was carried out by stratified random sampling. The number of samples taken in this

study were 59 nurses.

The results of statistical tests using the Spearman's rho test showed a p value of 0.015

<0.05, which means that there is a relationship between night shift nurses' work stress and nurse

caring behavior with a correlation level of -316, which means that the correlation level is weak

and inversely proportional (the lower the stress level of nurses the higher the caring behavior).
