1 INTRODUCTION / INTRODUCCIÓN

Nowadays, everybody is talking about the role that technology is playing in our lives. We use it
every day while we are working or studying from home. Virtual classes are increasing because
learners are looking for the best strategies to continue studying and pursuing their goals and
dreams. Thus, online learning is considered the unique mean to acquire knowledge in a safe way
at the moment. Due to the pandemic, professors and pupils have adapted to the different
challenges that online classes demand every day. At the beginning of this learning-teaching
process, some professors were under pressure. However, after planning and developing new
skills, not only teachers are delivering their virtual classes in a more confident position, but also
learners are attending and participating in their classes more often. The use of ICT tools and
online platforms are helping teachers and students to keep in touch, get information fast and
easy, and provide a chance to improve curiosity and creativity. According to ScienceDirect
journal, both professors and students at Mizoram University, in India, are using WhatsApp and
email like the most popular online

3 CONCLUSIONS / CONCLUSIONES

In our country, many public and private institutions are using virtual classes as an out of
harm’s way to study. Online learning helps students accomplish their objectives.

We use present continuous to express actions in progress now and future plans.
