 For Marine Engineering Applicants (CMO No. 13 s. 2005)

o Medical requirements such as Urine, Stool, CBC, X-ray, Psychological

o Diploma or Completion Certificate for Secondary Level

is still in the school file and has not been forwarded to another tertiary
