Module 3

Describe what parents and teacher should do to help children develop into the persons
that they are meant to be from the point of view of it.
1. Frued – The learners for him that what we see outside is not all about the
person, there are hidden in subconscious mind. In this idea, teacher should
consider the personality or behavior of the students. There are possible factors
that can change or influence one’s behavior that can cause or affects its
development. Teacher should not be too quick and making conclusions about the
students because of their action there must be a factor that influence it. The
teacher must help to have better influence or factors to change the behavior of
the learners, be the teacher who influenced in a good way. The same with
parents must help the learners to build their self and influence the child in a good
surrounding to have a good behavior. the teachers and parents should demands
the satisfaction or needs of the learners for better development and fix it's
wrongdoing for be better learners or person.
2. Erickson- There are impact from other and development once view of himself,
life and world, this is about the impact of social experience across the whole life
span. This how social interaction and relationship plate a role in the development
and growth of the human being. The teacher should guide and gives experience
for the proper development, this will impact through their interaction and
experience gain. Also the conflict being bill must help them to strengthen the
child that will serve them for the rest of their life. Also for the parents, they must
deal the conflict with their guidance effectively to develop the essential skills
needed for strong sense of self.

3. Piaget- In Piaget principle about the education in school shoot creating men and
women are capable doing new things not simply repeating what other generation
have done. So that the teacher must provide new learning and experience, not
the all the same process. The learners have different capabilities and abilities, so
that new learning and you experience will help for better development of their
self. The teacher should provide learning activities for new experience that
learners capable to do new things, this will help the learners to explore and
 experience more. The parents must let the children learn new things for their own
development from experience that have been encounter, but my guidance and
providing answer must always have.

4. Kiohlerg- Learners old children's action should define terms of general

individual right and standard. The teacher help to guide the moral development
by setting classroom good conduct to encourage good behavior. The teacher
should let the students do tear one’s but after this let examine and teach them
what are the right behavior. Their cognitive can develop one's moral and this
where the teacher guidance and focus for its right action. At home parents must
teach their children to have good conduct and behavior that they can build until
their future. both teachers and parents should be a role model of the children for
having a good conduct and behavior.

5. Vygotsky- The teacher should orient the student development in the present our
future not in the past. they must provide assistance to the learners that helps for
effective acquire knowledge and skills. The guidance must have more knowledge
for higher level of performance that learning grow more, this will help or lead for
making good performance independently in the future. Also the parents should
guide and focus on the children development in present and gives a lot of effort
and time to grow it more and be more skillful student.

6. Bronfennrenner - Teacher should study a child development that must look not
only at the child but the larger environment that child interacts. Give a good
environment where child grow and develop the body in entropy to others. The
teacher must build fundamental relationship with their students and create the
communication which that involves the children parents. and the parent should
have good interaction or involvement in school for parental of their children. The
parents involvement in education and school are related to the achievement for
their students.
