EVENT DAY LOGISTICS

Event location: Old parade ground Staff and volunteers Utilities

Old parade ground is a stadium in Electricity will be provided on site

the Garki district of Abuja, Nigeria.
Built in the early 1980’s, it is
currently used mostly for football
matches and is the home
stadium of various teams in the
Federal capital territory, including
Abuja F.C and court of appeal.
The stadium has a capacity of
about 5,000.
We are expecting a minimum of
40 staff and volunteers on the day
of the event to ensure a smooth
and enjoyable experience for
people attending the concert
through the power grid and two
backup generators. Fresh clean
would also be available
throughout the event. Waste
facilities such as bins will also be
provided at all corners of the
venue to ensure sanity is
maintained. Toilets and
washrooms will also be provided.
