Talking about plans for the weekend

Hello teacher, today we are going to present the conversation for this week We are XXXXX and
XXXXXX of group XXXX.

A: Hi XXXXX, nice to see you again, ummm What are you buying?

B: Oh, this? I’m buying tickets for a show this Saturday, I’m going with a friend and I promised
him I’d buy the tickets as his birthday present, so I’m doing that.

A: That’s so nice of you, I hope you enjoy that show a lot. do you have any other plans for the
weekend?

B: Actually yeah, In the morning I’m going to go to the gym, later I’m going to prepare to go
out with my friend an after that you already know. I’m really looking forward to it since is
something we’ve been interested for more than a week, the short presentation of the show on
internet said that it is supposed to be the greatest show of the artist this year!! On the other
hand, on Sunday, I think I’ll sleep until noon because I believe I’ll exhausted from the day
before and then I’m going to study for the remaining tests for the next week.

A: Sounds like you are really busy this weekend. Wait, isn’t that show expensive?

B: Not at all, it’s cheap since is organized by a small group that knows the artist. What about
you? What are you going to do this weekend?

A: Me? I’m going to study for my exams on Saturday, do my homework, clean up my room a
bit. Now that I remember on Saturday night, I’m going to watch some online movies with my
friends, we were thinking of going to the cinema but now is necessary the 2 doses of the
vaccine and a friend of us hasn’t got the second dose so we can’t enter, but now we are doing
it virtual in a video conference so I expect it to be even funnier. On Sunday I’m planning to go
out to take a walk around the area I live and also buy some things I need for the week, after
that I haven’t planned it yet but probably it’ll be just preparations for weekdays.

B: you sound way busier than I. by the way what movies are you going to see?

A: Oh, we were planning to watch Venom 2 but since now it is going to be online, I’m planning
to put a marathon of classic movies so everyone can enjoy them, maybe I’ll try asking them
their favorite movie and put that on a playlist.

A: That’s a good idea, so you are having an all-nighter with your friends?

B: I don’t think It’ll last so long but if there are enough movies to have an all-nighter, we will
have it.

A: Oh, I hope you get some rest after. Look at the time I have to go, I’m meeting a friend in 15
minutes
